communication is the first and most important commitment this firm makes
to its clients. While court commitments or other issues may arise, most
calls are returned the day they are made.

throughout this web site. The firm has remained focused in the practice
areas where most people need legal assistance. About half of the practice
is in the litigation area and the remaining portion of time is devoted to
transactions: real estate; wills; corporate matters; etc. If we cannot
serve your needs, we will do our best to find someone who can help
you.  The litigation areas
are also fairly consistent. The firm has experience in business
litigation, family law, probate and general dispute areas. A fee agreement
letter is available at your request. We are always willing to discuss the
costs of litigation but generally, all they do is go up. The cost of a
matter depends on the complexity, the nature of the dispute, the opponents
willingness to settle, etc.
